I run a charity website where users go to before they shop online and click the store they'll be shopping at. I'm looking for a custom browser plugin that notifies a user when they're on a site that's in a pre-set affiliate list and creates a pop up bar or alert to essentially say 'Hey, you can earn money for your charity from this store, click here to swap to the affiliate version'. Doesn't need to overly complex, just needs to either read from a JSON or RSS feed to know what sites it should 'alert' for. Don't know how browser plugins work so not sure the best way to implement it, happy for recommendations.
