Betfair Horse racing bet bot

Hi, the project is very simple. VB 2005 The bot work only on uk racing market in betfair. He must place a lay bet. Here the process : 1) User login, the bot check in my server, txt or xml file the permission of use of bot. 2) The bot load all uk racing market, and keep the market in idle. (pause). He start to check the market only 1 minute before the off. 3) When he start to check the market he check in my server very 20 seconds if for that racing there is a selection. I put in my server a file with follow data : Hour of race - Horse to lay - Range low - Range Hi 4) If there is a selection that respect odds range he make a lay bet. 5) He write in a log file that he had placed a bet, so if a user close and reopen programs we prevent to make another lay bet. I need a coder with previous experience in free betfair api.
