A server component (or whatever) that pulls all daily horse races and horses with corresponding urls into a DB
A server class that pulls horse prices into the database and also has the ability to specifically put an individual horse price to make sure the price is accurate against the database
A client component that:
Query's the database to find any bets that it should place,
logs into 365 and
places the bet,
then checks that the bet has been placed correctly.
The server and client components if its easier could be console apps.
