App for onvif IP-cam

I need an app for IP cam model IPCC-B12W. I uses onvif standarts. The app needs to simplify the process of installing the cam. By this I mean: it needs to be in Danish (I will provide the text), it needs to automatically enter user and password for the cam when new ones are being added to the app. Once it is setup, the user shall be able to view 1 or more cameras with sound, take pictures and record video, which will be saved within the app. The user can view, play, delete and save to iphone or android camera roll. They can also share on facebook. The developer of this app, needs to be able to provide updates in the future, since we later on intend to add the functionality of posting images+headlines to a wordpress blog, and share images with other app users, for a "best score competision". This first version of the app needs to be simple and low budget, but useable. all advanced and time consuming functions can wait till a later update. The Ip cam will be placed inside a Bird nesting box.
