Alter object tracking software

TLD tracker is an open source object tracking and recognition software I have included the source code as an attachment. I require an altered version of it with following upgrades : 1 - All inputs will be controlled via text files. Instead of the boxes that you tick when the software starts, there should be a series of txt files with similar names. A 1 in the file means a tick and a 0 means no tick and they should be checked at the relevant times. 2 - A library/database must be added where the information of multiple objects can be stored. As part of this, each object the software recognises should be given an id number. 3 - I must be able to run multiple versions of this at once. This may be something which is already possible, I just want to clarify that it will be necessary for the altered version. 4- I would also like to see an ability implemented where the software can recognise the angle of the object. For instance, if the object is facing the camera or looking away from it. Obviously, the software will not intuitively know which way is which, but I would like to see a system added where a facing direction can be 'flagged'. For instance, when a recognised object is facing a certain way, I could write a 1 to a txt file named '[login to view URL]', and whenever the object is seen from that angle again, a 1 would be written to a file named '[login to view URL]'. If you feel that some of these upgrades are not possible, I would still like to hear from you. Please specify which ones you think are possible and which are not. I have included the specifics of how it should work in an attached chart. Since all options will be checked through txt files, there will be no need to display the TLDconfigGUI box on start-up. It will need to be removed so that the software only displays the video and bouding boxes. This software will need to run on windows7. It should not be dependent upon other software being installed to run (such as matlab). I will need a fully compiled, ready to run version of this software, as well as the altered source code.
