Hi I have gone through your requirement and find that you first need layout 2D plans for the new schematic and next need a 3D model for the complete house once your layout plans are finalized. The project budget that you have set is very low in INR for this requirement. I have quoted a price which should be okay with the level of involvement needed to complete this project.
