I've been working on Ruby on Rails for 2 years on parallel projects, two of them consisted on updating RoR code to a existing application. Regarding your project, you don't specify what kind of fixes, it would be useful to at least see the website. Right now I have full time availability for this project, next week I'm starting another (that's why I'm telling you 6 hours per day).
