Create logger for Dart infrastructure

I need a logger written on Dart programming language for my educational website. This logger should support the following: 1) Different, probably standardized log levels 2) An ability to write messages directly to stdout and to save them to files 3) An ability to work on both server and client side (in browser) This logger should be written in OOP style and have very simple and clear class hierarchy.
