Below you will find what i need, please reply back ASAP according to the attached image, this is what i want, Functions - Show team playing and the time they are playing ( changed from the back end ) - As shown in the image, the boxes are empty so the user can input his expected score ( input only numbers) - The user is required to input his expected score, e-mail and SUBMIT (in the e-mail space, make sure that the e-mail is with the right extension. no need for having a confirmation link sent to the users, only sending thank you for joining e-mail. - The e-mail and inputed data will be saved either on excel or on any other form that can be exported to excel. (users e-mail should be saved according to their predicted score) - under that, we have the percentage of people who voted for each prediction.( show only percentage, not number of people) -So, the percentages with be automatically changed after each prediction.
