Commercial Insurance Sales Website

I am a local insurance agent looking to design a website to drive traffic for Commercial Auto Insurance, Workers Compensation and Commercial Cleaning Services. Each of those website classes of insurance will have their own page on this website. Each page will derive its own traffic with SEO activity which will be set up after the website is done. I have posted a sample website which I will like my site to be modeled after. Really simple with 1 2 3 easy to complete steps. Phone numbers and emails displayed above the website. I look forward to discussing with my web designer over video or text skype. each category or class of insurance on this website should only need one page with a bubble requesting 3 items under each numbered step.
