Add-to-cart wholesale website improvement (OSCommerce Customization)

This wholesale website ([login to view URL]) basically is a clone of our retail website [login to view URL] (which is testbed) with some customized features. The worker should have proven OSCommerce, PHP and mysql experiences and skills in customizing/modifying OsCommerice (PHP) codes. Funds won't be released until all requirements are fully tested and approved by us. ## Deliverables 1. shrink the homepage to fit on screen (no scroll-down) 2. In admin panel, User Creation page, add/show default country (USA) to 'Country' field; Add a button/checkbox to automatically populate shipping address if shipping/billing are same; Add account status field (active/inactive) so the user can't login if status is inactive; Add dealer store credit which can be deducted on order total when checking out. 3. After login, Users can update basic info(such as password), contact info but not all fields. 4. Each product has 6 levels of price: MSRP, MAP, wholesale1, wholesale2, wholesale3, wholesale4 in admin panel. Only MSRP price is shown to public (no login requried to see this price). Each user is assigned to a price level (wholesale1 thru 4). After login, User can see following 3 prices: MSRP, MAP and this his level wholesale price. For example, userA is assigned to dealerprice1 category by admin and userB is assigned to dealerprice2 category. After login, userA can see MSRP, MAP and wholesale1 price. userB can see MSRP, MAP and wholesale2. When checkout, dealer price applies, as well as store credit and coupon discount (if any). 5. Product info page in admin panel needs SEO meta tags such as description and keywords. In public web: each product has at least two tags: Description and Specification. Also the admin panel should be able to generate froogle and bing feeds. 6. On homepage, add links to facebook, twitter and youtube. 7. checkout page includes dealer (own level) price, store credit, coupon discount, shipping cost. 8. Payment gateway: [login to view URL] 9. Shipping methods: USPS, UPS and Fedex. Shpping cost is calculated based on item weight. 10. If the order total (before credit and coupon discount) is more than $3000 and the shipping address is in 48 continental states, shipping is Free.
