I need a small application which filters a 8bit or 16 bit grayscale image automatically. I have attached two images in DICOM format. one has been filtered by som factory software the other is not. The factory software is using following filters Contrast, Detailed contrast, edge enhancement, edge frequency, latitude reduction, noise reduction and maybe some other histogram filters.
