Business Card make + Setup + Sourcecode + Nice User Interface

i need application built similar to [login to view URL] but much simpler -must have drawing area -user can be able to draw text, freehand, rectangle, circle, image -when user click drawing element on drawing area a selection will be added and user can move, resize and rotate with mouse -must include sourcecode -must include setup -must include nice user friendly interface please see the example application
