Develop Import Script

I have an application that is hosted on [login to view URL], and I need someone to finish a background job. Currently, I have a Amazon EC2 instance that is going to be the recipient of a .cvs. This file contains information and a set of image urls. The background job on parse should be run every time a new file is uploaded (via FTP) to the EC2 instance. The job should delete objects create and update objects that have a match on the .cvs, and delete ones that are no longer present. The script also needs to download images from the given URLs and store them on Parse. These need to be cleaned up as needed. Looking for someone who has items in their portfolio that were building using Parse.com.
