Create a multiple form submission script

I need a script to submit multiple forms at once with the same values (name, email, comment) Should get captchas separately from each website, and i will enter them manually before submitting each form. So what i need: - one single HMTL file to submit multiple forms (around 20-25 forms) - single fields to be entered which are submitted thru multiple forms. - separate submit buttons for each form, with separate captcha Client side, HTML ([login to view URL]), not server side programming needed. I will give you the access to the forms which need to be submitted. As this is a single HTML project my maximum bid is $30.
