C++ Project

Have an assignment I need assistance with. Working in C++. File I/O and console parameters are part of it. Task: Will take a text file with user names and permission levels on each line. Program should write out the user's id and permissions on what the user is able to do. The text file will also contain username and ID that will be associated. Input file will start off with a number that should be a command line parameter. The first line will tell us how many userids and permission number pairs. The next couple of lines will be ints with the ID and the permission number. After this there will be another int that tells us the username and ID pairs. Next lines will be user IDs and usernames pairs. Should store the output in a text file that will also be a command line parameter to the program. The list should be alphabetized by last name. Sample Input and Output: 3 12345 16 12346 16 12347 64 3 12345 John Doe 12346 Jane Smith 12347 John Baker Out: User 12345 (John Doe) can: Send Email User 12346 (Jane Smith) can: Send Email User 12347 (John Baker) can: Update Calender Events More instructions and exact permissions levels will be sent to winning bidder.
