Add Job flow tab to existing job editor

We have a program used to edit job records. We need to add a new tab that shows the workflow of the job. The new tab will have a graphic representation of the job process. The job data is stored in a database. There are several tables storing the data. The graphic representation will be like a flow chart. The position of each step is stored in the step database record. Each step will be represented by an icon which will be loaded from a file in the working directory. When the step is clicked on we will call an external program with the data for that step. The external program that deals with the data is not part of this project and will be supplied. This project must be implemented using the fox toolkit because the rest of the program is developed with this UI.
