Hey, this is too expensive. This is a pretty simple project, at least it seems to be. You have set a minimum of 5000 euro, but i don't think it is worth so much. I have made once a similar application for a windows mobile 6.5. That used a CVS file to read the data, not a webservice, but anyway, it was a piece of cake. Anyway, it is possible that i am wrong and misunderstood something, maybe the webservice has to be developed too (but even in that case seems to be too much).
