Custom C# script to copy existing data into another sheet on a certain date.

I have an existing data application developed in C#, built with Visual Studio 2010, and I need to include a script that will copy data, (like Date, Payee, Category and $ Amount) into another 'Page' based on date. The existing script allows the user to build a budget. The existing script also has an accounts page for 'day to day' expenses. =================== I need a new automated script that will copy data from the Budget into the Accounts a few days before it is due. PROCEDURE: User will need to open Settings and choose from a dropdown menu list showing 0 - 7. Here the user can choose how many days before 'todays' date the transaction will occur. For Example: - If the user selects '4', this script will copy the data 4 days before today's date, today's date is the projected transaction date of the budget item. The items due on that date are copied into the Accounts, and in addition, the new data will have the 'cells' formatted so the user can see the data is new. Probably just a colour change. Next, the user will 'Edit' the new data (from the budget) & save. When the data is saved, the format will be removed. The item from the budget is now part of the accounts. ================================= Not a very big project, so I do not expect to pay a huge price.
