Daily Deals Aggregater job

I need a website designed and installed that will automatically aggregate daily deal offers in Mexico. I will only evaluate bids submitted by programmers who have been favorably rated or can provide extensive portfolio of prior completed jobs of this nature. Requirements: * Ability to automatically aggregate all available daily deals for the city. * Site must utilize RSS/XML feeds provided by group buying sites. * If RSS feeds are not available, must have the ability to scrape the needed content direct from target domain. * Info that needs to be collected and aggregated: Deal provider, picture, main title of the the offers, description and information, Retailer Price, New price, Discount, Time remaining until deal ends. Link to main website. * All the best function from [login to view URL], [login to view URL], * Scraped data - Deal provider, deal image, recommended retail price (merchants price), discount price, Discount percent, Saved money, Time left to buy (show expired if closed), Category. * Page layout will be similar to [login to view URL] You must be flexable and willing to revise the design a few time to get it right. * Ability to sort by Price, %discount, Time left * Ability for admin to easily add custom deals. * Each deal should have facebook, twitter and e-mail sharing buttons. * Ability to add any other group buying website easily from admin back end. *I need backend interface developed so I can track stats on how often people click on links with date, website, name of deal, clicks, etc. * Admin should be able edit eac h out bound link for each site aggregated. * Needs to pull in all the side deals as well that should located in another page under its own tab. * Automated emails will be sent to subscribers daily, according to their location and preferences. The whole process will be automated with minimal maintenance * Each page will have a title, meta description, and Headers (H1) tags. * Built in XML Sitemap * Built in MySQL database * Script property is ours and any unique features as well. * Must be error/bugs free * Ability to add a 300x250 add in sidebar * Finished website design/script will be owned by purchaser * Website must not violate any copyrights, patents, etc. * Finished website must include installation and 6-12 months of support. IMPORTANT - The site must be very well layed out must be eye catching and very professional looking. You must communicate with me every step of the way to ensure that the project is done correctly and is a good experience for both myself and you.
