I am an experienced programmer, and have worked on client/server applications before. I can do what you are asking for.

I'm a professional developer, 5+ years of experience. I've done tons of work with sockets in C#. Would love to hear more about the requirements for the game side of this -- I've worked with Unity and XNA, but can definitely pick up enough of whatever you want to use to put together a simple pong game. Turnaround will be faster than you'll get from anyone else, code will be clean and efficient.
