Buy an established personal (i.e. non-business) twitter account

I'm looking to buy one established twitter account with some followers and a tweeting history dating back at least a few months. This should be a non-business account - the tweets can be about any subject matter (within reason - no adult material, racism, homophobia etc) but should not be business-related or promoting products or anything. As long as there is a history of tweets dating back a few months and a minimum of 3 tweets per day that will be fine. The account needs to have some followers but doesn't need a huge number - anything over 100 is acceptable.
