awk file for converting cvs to dat

Hello, I managed to do most of the conversion in awk as required. You need at least a GNU awk 4.0.2 to have the script running. One question remains open: Why are in the last line the flags "dfg" in FLAG2? There is no rule for that. Regards, Andre
