We have two existing workflows for document approval. Approval tasks are assigned to all users in two SharePoint groups - Approvers and Trainees. We want to modify this process by having a custom upload form (see attachment) that allows for dynamic selection of Approvers and Trainees. We will get rid of the SharePoint groups and instead each document will have different Approvers and Trainees. What we need: - Custom upload form - Custom action to tie upload form to workflow - Change workflows to use dynamic approvers and trainees
