Customised rootkit, to include hiding window handles

I require a customized rootkit to hide tcp/udp ports, files, folders, processes, reg and specifically window handles created by my exe (for message pump/events etc) from api calls to FindWindow etc/ So they don't show up on Spy++. The target platform is XP. The rootkit should use latest evasion techniques and have a custom signature, to not be detected by current anti-rootkit/av scanners. My requirement is for legitimate purposes.
