Custom Print Script (Driver)

I need a custom printer driver that takes the output of another software program (that I can only choose which printer to print to), then it takes that output, asks for the customer e-mail address, creates a .PDF of the document and sends the .pdf as a attachment to the provided e-mail address, then stores that e-mail address in our ms access database. I would like the source code to this project upon completion. There are many open source printer drivers that create a .pdf, I believe we could use these as a starting point, and then add the additional functions I require. Thanks for your time and bid, - Bob
