CAD DWG DXF Prog to Output PNG and Data

I am looking for a talented software developer with heavy experience of CAD. This is a simple project for one that knows their CAD so please only bid if that is you. The requirement is for a simple command line application that will take a DWG or DXF file as input then output the following... 1. A PNG of the CAD drawing 2. Return the total line length of all poly, circles etc within the file The PNG will simply be placed in a local folder to where the application is running i.e. on my server. These tasks are already dealt with by software apps available freely on the internet but there is not one that can perform both tasks in one fast hit, or handle all versions of DXF/DWG that area available.
