Add Paypal Point of Sale to Local Access Database

This project is to add POS payment processing to Access Database application. Coder will need to create a module or working method for processing payments through Paypal. Bonus if you can add ability to send payment through Google Merchant account also. I need the ability to charge the customer a downpayment amount which will be deducted from the final invoice.
