Create a One Page Website

I am interested on creating a one page site with a similar effect with this link: [login to view URL] The page will display only the companies credentials (name, email, telephone, address) The theme should be about fish packaging. Tip: I like the fishes on the background, but something less violent.. perhaps some fishes swimming? :) That's all. Will need the job done within a week or so.
