Automated inventory update from Dynamics GP to BigCommerce Store

We have dynamics GP for our inventory and accounting software running on our server Windows Server 2008 MySQL server. We need script or coding to pull inventory qty by item number and update our Bigcommerce Store every hour or two. I want this to be automated so it just does it. Needs to include updating items that have 0 Inventory. Total number of items for each send will be from 5000 - 25000.
