Hello I'm very interested in your project. When I saw the name polyurethane I was very keen to know about your project. I deal with the manufacture of polyol a major raw material for poly urethane and we produce a wide range of polyols. We use a lot of blowing agents of which methyl isocyanate is our favourite. We use them to produce a lot of elastomers , rigid and soft and expansive polyurethanes. I have a great experience in this field and even I have a team to assist me. Good morning Sir I am a chemical engineer with extensive experience in the area of polyurethane, and I've worked from the area of manufacturing to general management in several automotive supplier plants and domestic sector in Venezuela of: • Polyurethane free expanded in continuous and batch process. • Molded polyurethane foams. • R&D in elastomeric, rigid and insulating polyurethane foam molded parts and free expanded. • I have designed and manufactured automated equipment for physical and chemical tests in accordance standards: ASTM, ISO, JIS and SAE for the area of flexible polymers. • Since 1996 I give advice to the two companies that provide seats and inner garment of Venezuela Toyota and Mitsubishi. • I've done technical translations from English to Spanish, • I've been a manager in marketing companies retail in the area of hardware tools. • I have a machine shop and tools for prototyping manufacture, and make 3D printing, also for prototypes to 1.5m (joined parties to each other maximum 30X25X25). Bachelors in Materials Science with a polymers specialty. I have experience using various densities of polyurethane foams. Some applications that I have seen are modeling/concept designs, mold making, and protective applications. Protection applications included remove before use items and case filler and padding.
