Customer support/sales support

SalesVu is a point-of-sale and business management software solution used by small businesses in the US and globally. Our software is a combined iPad app and cloud based solution. Our customer base has grown rapidly in 2016 and we need to add additional resources to our sales support team immediately. Requirements will be as follows: Chatting with potential customer via our chat support portal Supporting and assisting customers with setting up and using SalesVu software Ensure customer satisfaction with SalesVu Following up with potential customers Initial discussion with potential customers via chat and escalating appropriate leads to sales team Scheduling webinar demos for potential customers with the sales team Forwarding video content to potential customers Mandatory Requirements: 100% commitment to the highest quality of client support and to ensure customer satisfaction. SalesVu services customers predominantly based in the US. Fluency in English is therefore mandatory for this role. General Requirements: 1-2 years in a sales, helpdesk, or customer support team (nice to have) Knowledge in Google technologies (nice to have) Strong interpersonal skills Ability to work in a stressful environment Ability to work remotely (office will be provided) Ability to integrate and collaborate with a team Willingness to share information and pass on experience to fellow team members Dynamic thinking Benefits: Pay (naturally) Laptop
