I am a Customer Service Specialist and you'll get the best quality service that you deserve. My job as a Customer Service Representative-Technical Support for Verizon On-Line back when I was in a call center company exposed me to these types of work. I was trained to process inbound customer calls, chats and e-mails, to provide technical support for end users through effective troubleshooting and problem solving through established methods and procedures, standards and guidelines as outlined by the company and by the client. I'm used to managing high volume of phone calls, chats and e-mails while documenting them simultaneously, using tools and procedures as outlined by the client. Working in shifts is not new to me. Previous employments trained my core as a professional and able to communicate effectively, have excellent time management skills, work independently and the ability to work with a diverse clientele.
