Create and deliver facebook accounts

Project: ----------- I need lot of facebook accounts loaded with friends. The maximum number of friends allowed for each account in facebook is 5000. So I need the winner bidder to create facebook accounts, add 5000 friends and deliver it to me. I need atleast 10-12 accounts like these, ie., 50000(people) friends in total. Person that you add as friends should be from India.I don't want you to add fake accounts in these accounts friends list. I will not accept if i find any friend associated with any of these accounts who has less than 30 friends. The work is pretty simple and straight forward and anyone who uses facebook can do this easily. Please quote how much would you charge and how long will you take for this work per account.
