Add database functionality to existing PHP calculator

I have a PHP calculator that allows users to select ingredients and perform calculations. If they wish to perform similar calculations they have to enter the ingredients again and their results cannot be saved. So I want a coder to add some “database logon?? code to key pages of the application to enable users to login to the application, store their calculations and edit/modify them. A lost password function will also be required. Additionally an admin page that enables users to be added / deleted will be required. Finally I want to discuss with the coder the possibility of adding a simple way of users paying using PayPal for specified periods of access e.g. 1 week, 1, months etc. The application URL is given in the attached file. Database can be mysql or windows sql.
