I know how daunting it is to try and describe what you are wanting. I have been doing my contracting work with VWorker/Freelancer for the past 3 years, I had completed 70 projects ranging from Excel VBA to SQL Server database constructions. Please feel free to ask any questions I am always willing to share my experience. What version of SQL Server are you converting to? Are you going to use Access as your front end to SQL Server? Not sure how well versed you are on Sql Server but it is a lot faster. If you do not know SQL transact it can be tricky but with the Indexing you will definitely see the benefits. I have worked 15 years with MS Access and 11 years with MS SQL Server 7.0, 2000, and 2005. I have converted quite a few Access Databases into SQL Server. The table structure is really close so the transition is fairly smooth. As you can see from my reviews I strive to make sure my customers are happy with my services.
