automatic guestbook posting submission script

I want to be able to search google (using API key) for guestbooks that will then be stored in a database (list of guestbooks) that I can then post to later at my own will. I would like to be able to choose how many guestbooks to post to out of my entire list and also be able to select from the earlier guestbooks found and/or the later guestbooks found.
