Creating Google Base feed

We are a computer memory retailer in the United Kingdom and need to create a google base feed. We have over 80,000 various systems in our database with an average of 3 products per system. Need someone with knowledge and experience in working with google base along with previous proven results to rank at the top. Should this be successful we also have a US based site that we will need to do the same for.
