Looking for a person who would like to make a career in sales and marketing but understands web development. Your job will be to bid on jobs for us. This job is better suited for a person who has great communication skills, wants to make a career in sales but also has a very good understanding of internet related technologies. For example, what is PHP and what is C#. What is Magento and what is WooCommerce. Which kind of clients are better off with WordPress and which ones should should go with custom PHP. Commission: $100/web design $10/maintenance agreement That means if you get two designs a week, you make $220 from commissions. As you gain experience, your success rate will improve and you will get many more projects per week. Hours: US Day Time hours. Most online jobs are posted during US day time hours so you must be able to work during US day time hours. Training: Yes you will be trained initially and also throughout your career with us. Must have a working headset and microphone. We conduct audio interviews. No chat.

Hello, I am potentially interested, but a concern is there that needs to be addressed. I am capable of generating a lot of sales, however, there is no assurance that the project will be completed by your company and this is not a statement I am making out of assumption, but out of experience of having outsourced my projects to several freelancers and companies. Everyone assures the project will be completed, but there can be a lot of challenges and hence my offer is that whenever I get a sale for your company, I need my commission paid upfront, which implies your company will be that much more committed or motivated to complete the project and get paid by the client.
