APP Game Tutorial

Need general orientation about the development of a game for Iphone and other platforms. What are the steps, what technologies are needed, what is the range of costs, etc. (nothing private, just orientation). The people that demosntrate the better knowledge and have evidence of other smilar creations live on the APP Store, will be invited to bid when I posted the project next week. The meeting must be using skype and everything may be recorded for future references. This meeteing must be limited to 1 hour only (maybe less depends on the skills of the freelancer).
