(together) You can view the website at : <[login to view URL]> Your work may involve: - on site optimization (this is how it works: you will be given a copy of the site upon signing an NDA agreement first, you will analyze the site thoroughly, and recommend any necessary changes or improvements (where applicable), I review your recommendations and approve, and give you the go-ahead to do the html/php modification on your copy; you will then submit back to me the updated files for uploading on my server ) - off site optimization and back links building. Some conditions regarding the back links you create (read carefully!): * Backlinks must be from reliable domains ONLY (NOT from directories / forums / blogs / guest books, fake article submissions, forum signatures, classified adverts, FFA pages, or links that will expire after a certain time (ads, review pages, etc.). * Age of the linking website MUST BE one (1) year or more. * All links must be DoFollow. * All links must be submitted manually. * Links you make must be permanent. * ONLY direct static links (not using a redirect code of any kind e.g. javascript, meta, 302 etc). * All links must be accompanied by unique and relevant informational text and no more than one (1) link on the same website. * The link URL must contain only our domain name in it. * All links must be on pages indexed by Google and verified with a Google search. To verify if Links are DoFollow or not, you could use the SearchStatus plugin of Firefox (a 'no follow' link is highlighted in red, unlike a 'do follow' link!) * No link farms, gambling, porn, or other offensive sites, directories, articles submission, blog spam, pages loaded with Adsense ads, MouseOvers or other PageRank-hoarding tricks. * You must check that there are no robot tags that will not enable the spider to crawl our site. TIMEFRAME: You shall fulfill the Projects scope as quickly as reasonably possible, but preferably no longer than six (6) months. If surpassing the six (6) months mark (from the date you were provided with the copy of our site) without achieving the results mentioned in the Project Scope, you are considered to have failed, and you will NOT be paid any money. (see below “Regarding Payment??) SUBMISSION OF WORK REPORTS: It is expected that you provide a Work report each week, by the end of your Friday. Work report must be done in Excel (we will provide a Template) and must include all the important details, per columns such as URL to the page where backlink has been created, PR of the page (where the Backlink is), one-sentence description re. what the site is about, account Username and Password if you had to create, etc) IMPORTANT NOTES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY): 1. For those who had a difficult time understanding our Description, and while technically it’s a “phrase?? :-), the keyword is indeed “signs Calgary??. Calgary is our city in Canada.. The Google Server we use here is Google.ca. Also "The link URL must contain only our domain name in it" - this condition for backlinks may be corrected as "not be more than 30 links on a single page" for a backlink. Thank you for your Bid.
