This is a great opportunity to work as part of a virtual team for a fast growing digital marketing company. This is an exciting time to join the team as we are currently rolling out a high number of campaigns.
You will be the responsible for overseeing digital analytics for our clients and contributing to strategy and campaign output across multiple digital channels. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying opportunities, understanding and realising value and efficiencies, and would supply data intelligence to really drive our clients businesses forward.
Responsibilities include the following:
Analytics and insight
• Management of Google Analytics; implementation, user access, reporting, event tracking, goals
• Regular KPI reporting to marketing, editorial and ads teams
• Forecasting of traffic projections
Commercial analytics
• Provide insight on advertising campaign performance
• Provide insight on audience and user behaviour for advertising
• Monitor and report trends relating to sales efficiencies and revenues
Social media and marketing insight
• Auditing and optimisation social media profiles across all brands
• Reporting on social media impact, scale and brand tracking
• Guidance on social media usage based on metrics
• Social media and content strategy for editorial – informed by current search trends
• Social media and Google key word strategy informed by current traffic and response performance
Audience strategy
• Develop strategies to drive traffic and build audiences via various online channels
• Oversee editorial reporting and give feedback on editorial performance
• Provide content insight to editorial for trends spotting and gaps in the market
• Benchmarking and market reporting
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of analytics packages
• Experience of Google Adwords & Google Analytics
• Experience of setting up goals, funnels, AB/NVT
• Ability to use social media analytics
• Can develop digital dashboards
• Proven ability to feedback meaningful data
• Ability to present data and insights in a relevant format
• Ability to work with other members of a virtual team, and build working relationships
• Ability to strategise and develop new content ideas
• Ability to write up analysis reports for senior management
• Ability to analyse written content and web performance
• 1+ year of digital analytics experience
• Advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
