Code and put togeather app. SEO

Hey my name is Matthew Muirhead, I have had a idea for a simple app for some time and have been trying to build it but the only problem is I don't have 3,000 dollars to spend on building it. I have an offer for $300 for anyone who has the knowledge to put together an app and code the app for me. What I plan on doing is doing a contest for my company logo. I will also do one for the interface graphic design of the app. Your job will be to just put all the pieces together and make sure it works properly. We will need to market it with SEO, I will need help getting the servers set up and etc. I have never built an app before and would love to work with someone that has a lot of experience. If you are interested message me and I will review your profile, I will then message you and set up a Skype meeting where we will discuss the requirements and etc. You must understand that I will own all the copyrights, and source code to the final product. I also need someone who has experience where users will be able to purchase (COINS) in my app. I plan to build a website if this works out like I plan.
