Article Submission, Bulk Article Writing (Financial Topics)

I am looking for one or more providers to help me with my custom article submission strategy. If you have experience with article rewriting, bulk article writing (unique articles only) and article submission, I would like to get in touch with you.
My requirements involves submitting around 50 financial articles to article directories (or other sites). There are two parts to this project:
Task 1. Write bulk financial articles that are unique (these may be rewritten but they should all pass copyscape and cover 5 different topic areas that I will provide). (50 articles of 400 to 600 words each)
Task 2. Submit to article directories or to various blogs. (50 submissions) - you will need to have experience in this since you need to be familiar with the requirements of each article directory that accepts submissions. Then supply me with the successfully published links of articles containing my links.
Tasks #1 and #2 may be taken together or may be done separately by different individuals, so don't hesitate to send me a bid for either task.
I will provide the article directory lists to submit to. Depending on your capabilities, you can bid for both tasks or just one of the tasks above (but this will only work if I eventually hire providers who can address both tasks).
Note:
- List to all submission sites will be provided by me.
- All links, target keywords, anchor texts etc. will be provided by me
It's possible that not all submissions will work. Thus, I will need a report of all the articles that do get successfully submitted (need the links of published articles). I need an 80% success rate before funds are released.
The budget for this project depends on bids. Please provide me your rates for the tasks above.
