Arabic SEO and link-building

We are looking for an SEO specialist fluent in Arabic to start some SEO work on a new website. The website is about light bulb factory. Our goal is to reach visibility on Arabic search engines for terms like eurolamp, light bulbs, lamba, lamp factory Bulgaria, incandescent light bulbs, infrared light bulbs, etc. The website currently has about 3000 words of Arabic content – homepage, 7 product descriptions and 9 blog entries. You can take a look at [login to view URL] Here are more details about what needs to be done: On-page • Go through and modify content so that it has the appropriate amount of keywords in URLs, page titles, headings and body text. You will be given a keyword list in English, which you’ll have to translate in the most appropriate way and work with it. • Make appropriate internal links between content. • Translate and enter meta descriptions, which will be provided in English as well. Off-page • Link-building – you will have to use your own resources to build 50 links, each from a different domain. • Linking rules: o Dofollow links only o From Arabic language websites o One way links (no reciprocals) o Links must be permanent o All links submitted manually o Link page must not be excluded by [login to view URL] o Link page must be indexed and cached by Google, Bing and Yahoo o Link page must be search engine friendly, i.e. no redirects, cloaking, framed pages, etc o We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable, and you will need to replace it • Reporting links – all links must be reported to us in an Excel spreadsheet with the following columns and data: o Date submitted o Link URL (the URL of where our link is located) o Anchor text In your bid, please provide an indication of how you plan to build the links. What kind of websites will they come from? Roughly how many of the websites will be hosted an Arabic country? What is your experience in similar work? Link-building is the most important part of this project, so let us know anything you think will give you an advantage.
