The adwords account must be pre activated account (already charged $USD5 for the sign up fee) or activated, verified Adwords accounts. 2. The account must be working 3. The Method of billing in the account must be 'Postpay billing' and the Form of payment must be 'Credit Card' 4. The currency set in the account must be USD 5. The account will be tested by me for 48 hours to see if the ads are really running before making payment. Any account, where the ads stop running before first 48 hours will not be paid. 6.
