We're looking for a program to monitor deleted tweets given any Twitter handle. The program should be: 1. Fast - it can detect a deleted tweet even if it gets deleted a minute after it was posted. 2. Scalable - it can monitor many twitter users at the same time. 3. It can take a screenshot of the deleted tweet. We're basically looking for the backend that powers [login to view URL] Again, we don't want a full out website, we're only looking for a program that monitors deleted tweets in the background. We're programmers and we'd like to be able to use this as a library or build on top of it. Furthermore, we'd like to build a relationship with whoever we work with for potential future projects.
