Academic paper on Chinese history/politics

Hi there, I am looking for an individual who is able to write very high quality English essays. This should generally mean that you have graduated from a good university in the UK or the US, have written a lot of essays previously, and you are quickly able to analyze and synthesize a large amount of text. The essay itself is as follows: What were Mao’s intentions in launching the Cultural Revolution? This needs to be extremely specific: about what Mao hoped to accomplish, and identify the extent to which these aims were successfully achieved. Were there unintended outcomes of the Cultural Revolution—either in the short run (during the Cultural Revolution itself), or in its long run impact on China’s course—that Mao did not anticipate, and were very different from what he intended? For each unanticipated outcome, you must explain why that outcome occurred.
