I have a website http://www.kidneystone911.com. I would like to convert the content to an e-book for purchase in kindle format as well as PDF for download. Most of the content would come from the existing web content. I can provide extra content for continuity and personalization. I would like to include some photos of kidney stones. I have of 150 pages of content including my original content as well as reader submissions that highlight their personal kidney stone stories. I have already started the project myself and have a rough outline but need help in getting this thing off the ground. This ebook will need to have a polished and professional appearance as it deals with a serious health topic, although humor helps to connect with the reader as you will find on my website. I will also like help with cover design.
