I would like to have a database created with monthly apartment rental rates for all of the US, by zip code. The database fields will be zip code, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, monthly rent. I want 8 records for each zip code- the records are studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, continued up to 7 bedrooms. This means that I am looking for approximately 344,000 records (43,000 zip codes x 8 records for each zip code). Please send me a message if you have experience with this.
